Simply complete a request form online with Ace Reveal. Include your current mailing address and contact information. Provide the amount of the CASH PRIZE you are redeeming. You do not have to redeem your entire prize at one time. Requested prize redemptions are fulfilled every Tuesday and a check is mailed to you via USPS. Please allow 4 or 5 days for delivery.
